At Taylor Custom Rings, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on standard collection items. Please note that fully customized designs and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

    Secure Packaging

    Place your ring in its original presentation box and secure it within a shipping carton along with all original diamond certifications and documentation.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Return

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
